Through my research over the past few weeks I have more clarity in regard to the Inaugural Walking Tour.
I’ve decided to keep the focus of the First Walk on the Birth of San Francisco/Old San Francisco (pre-1906). The areas traversed will be Nob Hill and Chinatown with a bit of Jackson Square.
I’m snipping North Beach from this tour as I’ve decided to make NB its own tour, most likely the Second Walk.
The First Walk will focus on S.F.’s transformation from backwater Mexican hamlet to cultural melting pot and metropolis.
